Felox's rising project consists in the town of Yeni Mahalla, which is affiliated with the state of Ankara, from Risids apartments and shopping center. The project includes 11 construction with 7 and 15 floors, 1000 apartments and 133 commercial exhibitions. The project is characterized by its green spaces of 18,000 square meters. The project includes several social facilities such as a sports center, cinema, café, restaurant, hosting room, chess room, rest spaces, a music room, workshop, a multi -use hall, a walking track, a decorative pool, for children toys, an open car park, and another closed.
