The April 23 countryside project has become a 5,000 -square -meter plot of land at a point close to Izmir State and the author of 120 apartments in overall is a new center for attraction through its distinguished social facilities. The project, which all apartments are designed with only 1+3 rooms, include open and closed play spaces for children, vitamin Bar and many social facilities that allow customers to spend enjoyable times with their families within the project. Whereas, the project apartments equipped with materials of the first elites include a three -oven, warehouse/mortar room, a working room, air conditioner, and an audio insulation system.
