The Construction Company launches its new project in the capital, Ankara, under the name "Bashkin Amlak Concortlary". One of the parties to the project overlooks the Turan Guonish roundabout, while the second party overlooks Dugo Kent Street. The project rose after the demolition of 500 random homes with a capital of 1.5-2 billion Turkish liras. 50,000 square meters of the project is allocated for green spaces. The project includes a school, mosque, green spaces, health institution and renewable energy systems. Mourad Korum, General Manager of Amlak Connot, stated that the project includes 492 apartments 1+3 with an area of ​​98-135 square meters, 1+1 apartments with an area of ​​71 square meters and 1+6 duplex apartments with an area of ​​351 square meters. Murad added that the project ascends over a plot of land with an area of ​​202,000 square meters, and includes in general 1478 apartments and 26 commercial units.
